  • Likewise, we ensure that our platform is operational 24 hours a day, except for temporary interruptions due to maintenance services, technical or computer problems, internet outages, computer attacks, or other similar situations that may temporarily affect the provision of the service. In these cases, we undertake to restore the service as soon as the incidents have been resolved and always subject to communication with the Regulator.

  • In addition, at CCSCEX®, we are committed to the security of our users and will notify of any movements we consider suspicious in order to ensure the security of their accounts. In compliance with our legal obligations, we may request the necessary documentation and information to guarantee the integrity of our operations.

  • In summary, at CCSCEX®, we constantly work to offer a secure, reliable, and quality service to our users, and we undertake to fulfill all our obligations in this regard.

The User agrees to:

  • Provide all necessary and complete information in the forms required as established in this document.

  • Confirm acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions.

  • Notify CCSCEX® of any relevant data required for access and use of services that require prior identification. The provided data must be accurate up-to-date, and true.

  • Adopt adequate security measures to guarantee the confidentiality of relevant data provided by CCSCEX®. Additionally, the User must immediately inform CCSCEX® in case of loss, misplacement, theft, or unauthorized access by third parties. The User expressly agrees that any use of the service made with their access credentials has been made by themselves.

  • Use the services included on the Platform properly, always complying with the law.

  • Refrain from carrying out any activity that hinders or interferes with the functioning of the Services included in CCSCEX®.

  • Take responsibility for all operations carried out in their User account and maintain the confidentiality of their credentials, exempting CCSCEX® from any liability.

  • Immediately inform CCSCEX® through info@ccscex.com of any security risk, error, or defect of CCSCEX® that may result in fraudulent use of the platform or that contravenes the General Terms and Conditions.
