To ensure a successful and safe virtual meeting and/or site visit, our visitors, potential/future clients and customers must comply with the following requirements:

General and Common Requirements:

• To ensure that CCSCEX® officials are available to meet your request, it is advisable to schedule at least one (1) week in advance of a virtual meeting or a visit to our headquarters.

• Comply with the KYC (Know Your Customer) protocol to comply with the company's legal obligations to prevent money laundering and terrorist financing, by completing the form indicated in the section that applies to you.

• To request a general, business or commercial, institutional or official visit, please complete the corresponding form according to the established protocol.

• Sign a confidentiality agreement if required by the company to protect the privacy and security of the company and its employees.

• Attach the following documents to the applicable form:

In case of General Visits (Natural Persons):

• Provide a detailed description of your request in a formal document. In this way, we can clearly understand your needs and requirements, and take the necessary steps to address them effectively.

• Letter of Introduction.

• Product Catalog.

• Presentation related to your business model.

In case of Business/Commercial Visits:

• Provide a detailed description of your request in a formal document. In this way, we can clearly understand your needs and requirements, and take the necessary steps to address them effectively.

Requirements for virtual meetings:

• Be on time for the meeting.

• Make sure you have a stable Internet connection before the meeting.

• Test your webcam and microphone before the meeting to make sure they are working properly.

• Use a quiet, well-lit environment for the meeting.

• Avoid distractions, such as the use of cell phones during the meeting. Maintain a professional and respectful attitude during the meeting.

This protocol establishes the procedures and requirements to be followed by individuals who wish to meet virtually with us. Our goal is to ensure a safe, productive and satisfactory meeting for both our potential/future clients and our company.

Requirements for a visit to CCSCEX® Headquarters

• Present a valid ID and register at the reception desk before entering the building to control access and maintain a visitor log.

• Respect security regulations, including the prohibition of weapons or dangerous substances on the premises.

• Respect the rules of conduct, such as the prohibition of photography or recording in certain areas.

• Accompaniment: Remember to inform in advance if you need to be accompanied by other person(s). If so, they must comply with the same requirements. Otherwise, access to the facilities will be prohibited.
