PURPOSE

Over the years, the commodities industry has been reserved for only a few players and, as a consequence, information and forms of commercialization have been limited. In 2015, in Venezuela, we began to study the mining, forestry, exotic fruit, hydrocarbon and agro-productive industries in an area of more than five million hectares and more than 120 commodities. We concluded that it is urgent to achieve an innovative exchange model capable of decentralizing and democratizing the industry for the good of the communities and countries of the region. From this need was born the idea of the "Commodity Exchange of Venezuela", an alternative for the decentralization and democratization of the commodities industry that seeks to establish processes in accordance with the rules of international markets, traceability and designation of origin, allowing access to quality information, mitigate environmental risks and contribute in general with the development of the sector through Blockchain technology.

However, the difficulties of the commodities industry go beyond that, as it brings together millions of entrepreneurs eager for effective and viable financing mechanisms to develop their productive projects or startups.

For this reason, we have created CCSCEX®, a comprehensive digital ecosystem that solves financing problems through collective collaboration or crowdfunding, under the governance of the EXCHANGE Token®. This ecosystem seeks to democratize access to financing and reduce entry barriers for new players, as well as provide solutions for the sustainable development of the commodities sector in Venezuela and the region.
