PURPOSE

The Call Center and Contact Center offered by CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® is mainly intended for guidance, support, assistance, and the reception of incidents and claims.

GENERAL INFORMATION The CCSCEX®

Call Center is a technological tool designed to improve the efficiency of the customer service process by providing an additional channel for users.

We offer two service modalities:

• Inbound

This is a call reception service in which our team provides detailed information about CCSCEX® products and services. We also provide personalized support to effectively resolve incidents and claims.

• Outbound

This service is used to provide additional details about the products and services offered by CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® and is a useful tool to improve communication with our customers.

At CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE®, we strive to provide high-quality customer service, and our Call Center is an essential tool to achieve this goal. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or need additional assistance.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE®

The main objective of the CCSCEX® Call Center is to provide efficient and effective customer service to meet the needs of users, whether for queries, requests, complaints, or concerns. Our operators are trained to solve problems and provide quick and accurate answers using established procedures.

Our Call Center is designed to receive and make calls related to various processes, including requests and claims about products and services. If you need to communicate with a specific department, our operators will provide you with the necessary information to establish adequate communication.

RELATED COSTS

There may be some additional costs associated with using the CCSCEX® Call Center services; however, these are not directly related to the services provided. For example, your fixed or mobile phone service provider may charge you for making calls. Please note that CCSCEX® is not responsible for the charges applied by fixed or mobile phone service providers to users.

PAYMENT

We want to inform you that CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® does not charge for the use of "Call Center Services" or for any other charges related to the advice provided by the operators regarding the products and services offered by CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE®.

Please note that there may be some costs associated with using the Call Center services, such as charges that your fixed or mobile phone service provider may apply for making calls. However, the CCSCEX® Call Center will not be responsible for these charges. If for any reason you receive information about charges for services provided by the CCSCEX® Call Center, please report it immediately by sending an email to [e-mail].

AUTHORIZATIONS

CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® is committed to ensuring that anyone in its organization who uses the CCSCEX® Call Center (whether with local or remote access) does so exclusively for authorized use and complies with the terms and conditions set forth in this document.

DATA PROVIDED

At CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE®, we value the privacy of our clients and users. Therefore, the data collected by our Call Center is only the necessary information to effectively attend to their requests. This data is provided voluntarily by the user or client, and their refusal to provide it may prevent us from providing information about our products and services, or addressing their incidents or complaints.

The data considered "necessary" by CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® are: names, surnames, identification number (national ID card or passport), email, telephone number, and reason for the call. You can be sure that we protect your personal data and use it only for the purposes for which it was provided.

DATA TRANSFER

CCSCEX | CARACAS COMMODITY EXCHANGE® is committed to protecting the data of its users and clients and will not share it with any external company unless required by competent authorities.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These TERMS and CONDITIONS will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. If any part or provision of the TERMS and CONDITIONS is impossible to comply with or is in conflict with the current legislation in the area of its application, it will not affect the compliance with the remaining provisions or their validity.
