In case of events
If you would like to request the use of our venue to hold an event related to our business model, please make sure you meet the following requirements:
Requirements:
Submit a formal letter of request including a brief description of the event.
A complete document describing the event to be presented in detail. We recommend that you include relevant information about the event, such as date, time, number of people attending and activities planned. In addition, it is important that you indicate the technical and logistical requirements needed to carry out the event successfully.
A presentation that addresses the topic to be presented at the event (Multimedia content).
Company logo in PNG format.
In order to comply with our KYC (Know Your Customer/Conozca a su Cliente) protocol, we need you to send a list with the full names and surnames of all attendees, along with a digitalized copy of their identity card.
This information will allow us to evaluate your request and provide you with a response in the shortest possible time.
Important: All these requirements may be included in the form "Protocol for virtual visits and/or meetings for Business/Commercial Groups".
