The range of cryptocurrencies and their uses is very broad. In this paper, we will discuss cryptocurrencies, specifically focusing on cryptocurrencies as a means of payment in the real estate sector. In recent years, the phenomenon of cryptocurrencies has grown rapidly, as it is one of the technological innovations that provide multiple functions, such as being a means of payment, a store of value, a unit of account, and a technological platform. As a means of payment, their adoption has been increasing in comparison to traditional payment methods.
